- Design and implement the infrastructure required to support Daymark’s data practices, selecting and deploying tools and platforms such as Snowflake and AWS.
- Analyze claims data, real-time activity data, and provider EMR (Electronic Medical Records) data to generate actionable insights for our partners and stakeholders.
- Establish scalable and reliable data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and address immediate and long-term data needs while contributing to Daymark's mission of improving healthcare outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
After Three Months, You Will:

- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the quality and effectiveness of Daymark’s data solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: You bring 10+ years of experience across data strategy, engineering, analytics, or data science, with a strong technical foundation and track record of building scalable data systems in cloud environments. You’ve led teams and implemented modern data stacks including Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and other best-in-class tools.
- Leadership: You’ve led high-impact data initiatives, managed cross-functional projects, and built technical teams or functions from the ground up. You are comfortable making architectural decisions, driving execution, and aligning stakeholders around data priorities that support business and clinical goals.
- Healthcare data expertise: You have a deep understanding of healthcare data—particularly claims, EMR, and patient-generated health data—and how to translate it into insights that drive care delivery, cost reduction, and payer-provider alignment. You’ve worked with actuarial teams or value-based care leaders to model risk, evaluate performance, and inform contract design or shared savings arrangements.
- Strategic problem-solver: You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by building clarity from complexity. You combine hands-on technical ability with a systems-thinking mindset to design solutions that scale.
