Manager, Service and Ops Planning - Technical Consulting

Job Duties:
- Complete rail consulting projects and ensure quality, budget, and timely delivery.
- Report project status, including budget and project schedule, to Principal.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals and pursuits, including the development of project methodologies, budgets, and schedules and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Monitor clients’ RFPs and actively identify opportunities throughout the project.
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise.
- Mentor and guide Senior Consultants, Consultants and Analysts to foster technical development.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client feedback and lead team meetings.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Civil or Rail Engineering (or foreign equivalent) and 1 year of related experience required, including experience with rail planning, operations simulations, and electrical and mechanical designs.
- Brief domestic travel required.

We offer an annual gross salary between $150,000 and $180,000 USD for full-time employment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
