Join dbt Labs as a Senior Data Analyst and shape the future of our sales organization through data-driven decision making. As the analytics backbone of our revenue operations, you'll translate complex sales data into actionable strategies that directly impact our growth. Partner with sales operations leadership to optimize account segmentation, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive strategic initiatives that scale our enterprise sales motion. This role offers unique exposure to both technical and business aspects of a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company. You'll work with cutting-edge data stack technologies while developing expertise in enterprise sales analytics. In this role, you can expect to:

• Drive strategic sales decisions by developing and maintaining our core revenue analytics infrastructure
• Partner with sales leadership to identify and capture revenue opportunities through advanced pipeline analytics
• Own the development of our sales forecasting models and key performance dashboards
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives to optimize sales productivity and territory planning
• Design and implement experiments to test and improve sales processes

You are a good fit if you have:

• Expert-level SQL skills with experience writing complex analytical queries
• Experience building and maintaining dbt models in a production environment
• Track record of translating ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks
• Strong statistical analysis skills (preferably with Python)
• Proven ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders

You'll have an edge if you have:

• Experience with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Looker)
• Background in B2B SaaS sales analytics
• Knowledge of sales operations and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Experience with revenue forecasting and pipeline analytics

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $127,000 - $154,000 USD
• Equity Stake
