The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Director, EMEA to build and lead our marketing efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a critical role supporting our EMEA sales organisation in driving pipeline creation and increasing brand presence in key markets.

This is a people management role leading a small team of marketers. This person is a critical coordination role between regional marketing, sales leaders, partnerships, sales development representatives, and the US-based marketing organization. You’ll own pipeline generation as your primary KPI and be expected to travel at least 30% of your time.

What You'll Do

  • Own the EMEA field marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth and across multiple regions and market segments (enterprise, commercial, strategic).

  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing programs with revenue goals, territory plans, and market dynamics.

  • Ensure regional campaigns – digital programs, webinars, regional events, customer roundtables, executive dinners, and trade shows – are aligned with global campaigns, key partners in each country, and sales goals.

  • Partner with our campaigns team to mature account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage key target accounts with tailored content, campaigns, and outreach.

  • Own regional demand generation goals, track performance, and optimise for pipeline contribution and ROI. Build a culture of trust and accountability that keeps all go-to-market teams working toward shared goals.

  • Build strong relationships with regional customers, identifying advocates and amplifying success stories through events and campaigns.

  • Manage regional marketing budget, vendors, and agency partners where necessary.

  • Provide regular reporting on performance, pipeline influence, and insights from the field.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 in field or regional marketing roles for high-growth SaaS or data/analytics companies.

  • Proven success partnering with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue, ideally in a PLG and enterprise sales environment.

  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market — cultural, regional, and regulatory nuances across countries and segments.

  • Track record of delivering effective demand generation programs using multi-channel approaches.

  • Experience running events and marketing programs that move deals forward.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operate at both a high-level vision and hands-on execution.

  • Highly data-driven, comfortable using marketing metrics and KPIs to guide decisions.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first, global teams.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Join a mission-driven, values-led company at the forefront of modern data transformation.

  • Be part of a globally distributed, remote-first team where autonomy and collaboration go hand in hand.

  • Help build and scale a world-class marketing function across one of our fastest-growing regions.

  • Competitive compensation and equity, excellent benefits, and a culture that genuinely supports work-life harmony.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
