What You’ll Do:

The Senior Director, Enterprise Sales will be responsible for cultivating high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies by integrating DeepIntent’s technology, data, and audience solutions into their commercial operations, marketing technology stacks, and customer engagement strategies. The Sr Director, Enterprise Sales has a deep understanding of how pharmaceutical companies leverage data, technology, and media to drive commercial success and a strong track record of developing JBPs that increase long-term revenue and integration depth.

This role will work cross-functionally within pharmaceutical organizations, engaging with key teams responsible for:

  • Marketing and Commercial Strategy – Driving digital transformation, omnichannel marketing execution, and audience engagement to optimize HCP and patient outreach.
  • Sales and Commercial Operations – Overseeing field force effectiveness, sales enablement, and data-driven decision-making to improve brand performance and customer engagement.
  • Data & Information Management – Managing commercial and real-world data strategy, including customer insights, identity resolution, and integration of external data sources into pharma’s analytics ecosystem.
  • Customer Experience and Digital Intelligence – Optimizing the use of technology to create personalized, data-driven experiences that enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Technology and Innovation – Leading the integration of emerging tools such as AI, data workbenches, and programmatic solutions into the pharma ecosystem to enhance targeting, measurement, and attribution.
  • Media Investment & Audience Optimization – Strategizing paid media and programmatic investments to ensure optimal reach, efficiency, and impact across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Strengthen Pharma Partnerships – Drive meaningful, long-term strategic relationships with pharmaceutical clients, embedding DeepIntent’s technology and solutions into their business workflows.
  • Lead Joint Business Partnership Initiatives – Structure, negotiate, and execute JBPs that align DeepIntent’s media capabilities with pharma commercial priorities, driving deeper collaboration and investment.
  • Integrate DeepIntent’s Solutions into Pharma Tech Stacks – Partner with clients to connect DeepIntent’s identity, audience, analytics, and activation solutions with their internal data ecosystems, CDPs, and measurement frameworks.
  • Expand Audience Connectivity & Activation – Work with pharma teams to optimize audience strategies, helping them reach HCPs and patients through more data-driven, AI-powered approaches.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Serve as the bridge between Client Strategy, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure that partnerships translate into impactful solutions and tangible business outcomes.
  • Drive Revenue Growth & Market Differentiation – Identify and execute commercial opportunities that strengthen DeepIntent’s position as a preferred pharma partner, expanding our role beyond media execution.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, and programmatic media, preferably with a strong focus on pharmaceutical commercial partnerships and data-driven marketing.
  • Proven experience structuring JBPs and long-term commercial agreements with pharma companies.
  • Expertise in integrating media, data, and analytics solutions into pharma companies’ digital ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of pharma or cross-industry commercial operations, audience strategy, and digital transformation trends.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, engaging with marketing, sales, technology, and commercial data teams at top pharma companies.
  • Executive presence and strategic thinking, with experience engaging senior-level pharma stakeholders.
  • Be a strategic leader driving high-impact partnerships with the world’s leading pharmaceutical brands.
  • Shape the future of pharma digital marketing, AI-powered audience activation, and advanced analytics.

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $150,000 -$175,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a quarterly commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
