Position Overview:
(This is a hybrid role based out of our Framingham, MA office)
The Sales Enablement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales Enablement team in equipping our sales professionals with the tools, resources, and training needed to be successful. This individual will coordinate various sales enablement activities, such as training sessions, content management, and process improvements. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure that our sales team is well-prepared to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training Coordination: Assist in the scheduling, logistics, and execution of training sessions, including onboarding for new hires, product training, and ongoing professional development.
- Content Management: Maintain and organize sales enablement content, including training materials, pitch decks, product collateral, and competitive intelligence. Ensure that content is easily accessible for the sales team via internal platforms.
- Sales Tool Support: Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of sales enablement tools (such as Gong, LI Sales Navigator, Seismic etc…). Provide support to the sales team to ensure effective use of these tools.
- Data & Reporting: Help track and measure the success of sales enablement initiatives, such as training program effectiveness and content usage. Assist with reporting on key metrics related to sales performance and training completion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and content creation. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to address specific enablement needs.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate internal events, such as sales kick-offs, product launches, and team meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled smoothly.
- Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of sales enablement processes by providing feedback on training needs, content gaps, and efficiency opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Enablement team as needed, including managing calendars, handling communications, and organizing documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or sales enablement role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement platforms.
