The Marketing Growth Strategist will serve as a digital marketing subject matter expert to design, launch, and optimize marketing programs that grow awareness, adoption, and revenue for the Definitive Digital Audience business.
This individual will bring deep digital marketing expertise and a growth mindset to create impactful campaigns and content targeting end customers (brands), agency partners, and adtech platforms across the healthcare marketing ecosystem. From campaign strategy, content development and execution, this role will blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to accelerate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns to grow awareness of the Digital Audience business among brands, agencies, and adtech partners.
- Design multi-channel integrated programs (email, social, events, content syndication) to generate leads and accelerate pipeline.
- Partner with sales to align tactics with revenue goals and enable customer-facing teams with the right messaging and collateral.
Content & Messaging
- Create compelling content (case studies, playbooks, blogs, webinars) that highlights the value of healthcare-specific audience activation.
- Tailor messaging to resonate with distinct audiences: brands, agencies, and adtech partners.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to position new use cases and partnerships in the market.
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
- Support co-marketing campaigns with agencies and adtech partners to expand reach and credibility.
- Build marketing programs that strengthen Definitive Health’s role in the healthcare digital advertising ecosystem.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance across channels, providing insights to stakeholders and delivering optimizations based on insights.
- Apply a test-and-learn approach (A/B, channel mix, content formats) to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare marketing and digital advertising trends to inform campaign strategy and positioning.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare marketing, adtech, or digital media.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign orchestration.
- Proven track record in demand generation, partner marketing, or growth marketing roles.
- Strong writing and content creation skills with ability to simplify complex ideas and work cross-functionally.
- Understanding of digital advertising workflows, agency/brand dynamics, and the healthcare marketing landscape.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.)
