Associate Director, Clinical Scientist

This is a fully remote assistant director, clinical science position that serves as support for the Dosing Program Lead in late and early phase studies for DT120 (MM120) and DT402 (MM402) compounds.
Responsibilities:
- Support Dosing Program Lead across assets and may serve as dosing program representative on clinical trial teams
- Assist with the preparation or presentation of dosing session materials using relevant programs including at minimum Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Facilitate dosing session-related educational presentations, trainings, and oversight
- Support Dosing Program Lead in managing the operational execution of individual trials
- Cultivate long-term, collaborative relationships with clinical trial sites to support clinical trial execution and quality
- Contribute to the writing and editing of clinical study protocols, clinical study reports, manuscripts, and other study-related documents
- Contribute to ongoing data review and cleaning, data summarization and analysis in support of abstracts, manuscripts and presentations for external meetings and conferences
- Support Dosing Program Lead and Medical Affairs in development of clinical practice dosing model
- Vendor engagement and management
Requirements:
- Doctoral level degree in relevant field (psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, cognitive science, behavioral science, nursing etc. ) required
- Experience in CNS drug development (psychiatry or neurology) preferred
- 2+ years of clinical trial or other human subject research experience
- 2+ years experience in clinical setting with patients
- Awareness of early through late-stage clinical drug development processes and good clinical practice preferred
- Familiarity with common measurement tools used in psychology and psychiatry, preferred
- Awareness of safety monitoring processes for human subjects in clinical research
- Proficiency in reviewing datasets and generating insights using standard tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards)

Working Conditions and Travel
- This is a 100% remote position with 25%-50% travel requirement based on business needs
- Working hours may vary to support teams and sites across multiple time zones
The starting base pay range for this position is $169,814.00 - $192,241.00. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.
