As a Technical Consultant on our Professional Services team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering some of the world’s top organizations by implementing impactful technical solutions through the Degreed platform. This is more than just an integration role—it's a unique opportunity to shape how organizations in the LATAM region upskill their employees, solve business challenges, and achieve their strategic goals through seamless technology.

In this role, you will dive into complex technical projects, becoming the go-to expert in configuring and integrating Degreed solutions to align with client needs. You will be directly responsible for helping clients unlock the full potential of our platform by delivering expert consultation on SSO, APIs, and data integrations. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes, helping clients achieve faster adoption, deeper engagement, and long-term success.

This position offers exciting opportunities for professional growth as you will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and become an expert in SaaS-based learning and development solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with tools like Precursive and Zendesk, while also sharpening your consulting and strategic problem-solving skills.

KEY SKILLS

  • Technical expertise with hands-on experience in API, FTP, SAML, and other data transfer protocols to support complex integrations and troubleshooting;
  • Strong consulting skills to advise clients on technical solutions, configurations, and best practices that align with their business objectives;
  • Project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring timely delivery using tools such as Precursive and Zendesk;
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders;
  • Problem-solving abilities to proactively identify technical roadblocks and recommend practical solutions;
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and drive client success;
  • Presentation and storytelling skills to host technical training sessions and engage with clients through impactful presentations;
  • Attention to detail and strategic thinking to prioritize tasks, align with business goals, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish to communicate effectively across diverse teams and client organizations in the LATAM region.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement technical solutions and integrations, including APIs, SSO authentication, and data/content transfers, to ensure seamless client onboarding and product adoption;
  • Consult with clients and providers to align technical configurations with business objectives, offering best-practice recommendations that drive value;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management and product, to ensure client needs are met and projects stay on track;
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction through tools like Precursive and Zendesk;
  • Host technical training sessions for clients and partners to enhance user engagement and platform utilization, fostering long-term success and adoption;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring client milestones are met and projects progress smoothly without delays or disruptions;
  • Document final design specifications and requirements to ensure clarity across internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Degreed offers a range of work arrangements depending on the role. Some positions are fully remote, while others are hybrid if you’re near an office. Please check the job details for specifics.

In remote or hybrid roles, you’ll collaborate virtually using tools like Zoom and Slack. You’ll need to operate a laptop and remain stationary for extended periods, with the ability to interpret written and verbal communication.
