As the Director of Revenue Enablement, you will be responsible for leading efforts associated with the execution of our field enablement strategy. This includes working closely with global Sales, Product, and Product Marketing teams to design, develop and deliver training, content, and programs that enable our teams to sell and support Degreed’s solutions.  

The Director of Revenue Enablement is also an integral part of the team designed to strategically improve field performance.  In this role you will partner closely with GTM leadership to prioritize needs and plan. Partnership and collaboration on GTM related content and collateral, including sales guides and playbooks.

Day in the Life

  • Design, implement and manage programs that enable the revenue team to achieve its potential such as: new hire bootcamp, ongoing and just in time education on required sales skills,  ongoing professional development, and sales specific product education
  • Proactively collaborate with revenue leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the sales organization and build strategies and content to close those gaps
  • Design and facilitate virtual live training on Sales topics
  • Develop sales capability of the sales team through the design and implementation of sales skills development and go to market programs
  • Scale the Sales new hire onboarding program,training, and certification programs, including owning the content, processes, practices and tools needed to equip sales to effectively sell Degreed solutions.
  • Partner in the architecture of an Enablement communication strategy for revenue updates and calendar of upcoming enablement to the business
  • Design and deliver measurement framework for Enablement programs
  • Learning Technologies: Partner with revenue operations to source, implement, and manage technologies that drive productivity for the revenue teams (Gong, Linked In Navigator, etc)
  • Plan and execute on events that improve productivity of the revenue organization -(quarterly bootcamps, yearly revenue kick off)

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of proven experience within Sales Enablement
  • Demonstrated consistent success in leading and designing enablement efforts associated with winning large, complex sales opportunities
  • Proven experience in designing and executing sales specific programs related to Onboarding, GTM, and targeted sales skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
  • A high degree of organization, time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve on-the-fly
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through- can own and take tasks through to completion
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to network inside the company and build relationships

Compensation and Benefits at Degreed

Degreed is passionate about pay transparency and we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
