As the Director of Revenue Enablement, you will lead the execution of our field enablement strategy, working closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing teams to design and deliver training, content, and programs that empower our teams to sell and support Degreed’s solutions effectively.

This role is key to improving field performance through strategic enablement initiatives. You will collaborate with GTM leadership to identify priorities, develop impactful sales enablement programs, and create sales collateral such as sales guides and playbooks.

 

Key Skills

  • Sales Enablement Leadership: 8+ years of experience in designing and executing enablement programs for sales teams
  • Sales Training & Development: Expertise in developing onboarding, sales skills training, and GTM programs
  • Strategic Collaboration: Ability to partner with revenue leadership to align enablement strategies with business goals
  • Facilitation & Content Development: Strong skills in designing and delivering sales training, including virtual live sessions
  • Technology & Tools: Experience with sales productivity tools (e.g., Gong, LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Event Planning & Execution: Proven success in leading revenue team events, including quarterly bootcamps and annual revenue kickoffs
  • Metrics & Impact Analysis: Ability to design and implement measurement frameworks for enablement programs
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Manage Enablement Programs:

  • Design, implement, and manage programs such as new hire bootcamp, sales skills training, professional development, and product educatio
  • Scale the Sales onboarding and certification programs, ensuring sales teams are equipped to sell Degreed solutions effectively

Collaborate with Sales Leadership:

  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps across the sales organization and develop strategies to close them
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to source, implement, and manage enablement technologies

Facilitate Training & GTM Strategy:

  • Deliver virtual and live training sessions on sales skills and product knowledge
  • Build and maintain sales guides, playbooks, and enablement collateral
  • Partner in developing an enablement communication strategy for revenue updates and training schedules

Event & Program Execution:

  • Plan and execute revenue enablement events such as quarterly bootcamps and annual sales kickoffs
  • Implement performance measurement frameworks to track and optimize the impact of enablement programs

 

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, with a track record of developing and leading programs that drive sales success
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting large, complex sales opportunities through enablement initiatives
  • Expertise in GTM strategies, onboarding programs, and targeted sales skills training
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to self-start and take ownership of projects, seeing them through to completion
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and influence across teams
