Please Note: Regular travel across designated Long Island, NY (Nassau County) territory will be required. This is opportunity is not remote.

THE POSITION

Our Regional Managers lead a designated group of dental practices across each of our growing territories and are responsible for providing direction, leadership and development of the region's management team. This position will have full accountability for achieving financial objectives, operating efficiency, and excellence in patient care. The Regional Manager will achieve results by building high-performing teams, operations effectiveness, maximizing on growth opportunities, having a strong hold on key organizational initiatives and ensuring successful implementation in the portfolio offices.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • MUST HAVE 5 years experience in multi-site dental practice management including evening and weekend availability as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Prior P&L management experience
  • Regular travel within the region and occasional trips to flagship headquarters location (New Hyde Park, NY)
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and success driven.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the executive team to shape and implement the company's long-term vision within the region.
  • Guide local teams, identify training needs, and provide necessary training to enhance performance.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations by optimizing staff and resource availability.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline and improve processes.
  • Use data and metrics to monitor and assess operational performance, driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to managers and staff.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement and oversee health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the operations team.

New York Salary Range: $90,000/year - $120,000/year
