JOB SUMMARY: The Denver Broncos Marketing & Promotions Team is an energetic group, created to provide operational support to various events and game day activities of the Denver Broncos Marketing, Community, Partnership and Game Entertainment departments. The Promotions Team is the front line of our brand and interacts with fans across every touchpoint and activity they are involved in. We expect our Promotions Team to be an extension of the brand and provide the best possible experience for each and every fan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Marketing, Partnership, Community and Game Entertainment Departments with game day tasks, to include:
● Set-up, operation and tear-down of pregame activations inside and outside of Empower Field at Mile High
● Assist as needed in on-field and in-stadium programming and promotions
● Additional duties as assigned by Marketing Coordinator
Assist Marketing, Partnership and Community departments in non game day events, to include:
● Event set-up and tear-down
● Event execution & operation of activations
● Maintaining a high standard of customer service
● Game day preparation including suite set-up, game day giveaway distribution and other duties as assigned
Contribute to department goals:
● Completing all other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
● Must be 18 years of age or older
● Must submit a resume and cover letter
● Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time including walking, lifting, and working outside in various weather conditions
● Ability to work all home Broncos games, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule including possible Holiday weekends
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
● Active student working towards an undergrad or graduate degree from an accredited university
● Strong work ethic and positive attitude
● Excellent Customer Service
● Ability to multitask
● Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
● Ability to work with little supervision – self-motivated and energetic
Required availability for events including, but not limited to:
● Training Camp (July-Aug)
● All Denver Broncos Home Games
● Broncos Fit 7K (August)
