Corporate Partnerships Associate

JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Corporate Partnerships Associate is to provide support to the Corporate Partnerships team with all corporate partner-related activities, events, fulfillment, and other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support all Corporate Partnerships initiatives by:

· Assisting the Corporate Partnerships team in the execution of all partner events throughout the year, including pre-event planning, event timelines, vendor relationships, and event logistics.

· Assisting the Corporate Partnerships team in the execution of partner asset fulfillment, including liaison/host for partner led events at the stadium, sweepstakes prizing distribution, gifting, autographed items, banner ad trafficking, eblast ad trafficking, and other fulfillment obligations as assigned.

· Assisting the Corporate Partnerships team in the execution of game day hospitality for partners, including creating bios of clients and prospects, all pre-event communication, ticket distribution, on-site hospitality liaison, and other duties as assigned.

· Managing the trade partnerships and keeping detailed reports of how much trade is being utilized throughout each fiscal year.

· Assisting with the management of the grocery vendor program alongside our grocery/retail partner.

· Assist the Corporate Partnerships team by taking detailed notes during internal and external meetings, ensuring all key discussion points and action items are accurately captured.

· Track and follow up on action items, providing regular check-ins with staff to ensure timely completion and offer support where needed.

· Support the preparation of client-facing materials and assist with compiling data or assets needed for pitches, presentations or recaps.

· Conducting on-going education of best practices/trends within the industry and ideating with particular focus on retention of and growth opportunities for current corporate partners and cross promotional/B2B opportunities.

 

Assist Corporate Partnerships department with essential administrative tasks including:

· Maintain relationships with key vendors for the department, including Nike, Wilson, Fanatics, New Era and others.

· Assist in the annual corporate partnership recap process, including collection of relevant materials throughout the calendar year and year-end consolidation to enable timely presentation to partners.

· Support the department through maintaining event calendars and schedules, updating internal client databases and contact information for partners, drafting meeting agendas, and coordinating travel and accommodations for executives.

· Schedule and coordinate department meetings, room bookings, catering and tech setup if and when necessary.

· Developing and maintaining general understanding of rules, guidelines and procedures set forth by the National Football League related to partnerships, trademark usage and licensing, etc.

 

Contribute to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

· 3 months – 3 years of customer service experience

· Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time in varying weather conditions as well as lift heavy objects (at least 20-25 lbs.)

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary for this role is $40,900 - 46,300. This position may require you to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays outside of a normal working hour as needed.
