JOB PURPOSE

As our Workplace Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of that mission. You’ll ensure our day-to-day operations are smooth, support a best-in-class employee experience, and help fuel the growth and momentum of our team. You’ll effortlessly juggle multiple tasks with a smile, all while supporting the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps DEPT® running at full speed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the first POC for all office related inquiries
• Manage office supplies, F&B, equipment and inventory
• Coordinate with LL and external vendors (i.e cleaning, security, landscaping etc)
• Assist with planning and executing office events, team activities and meetings 
• Monitor and address EHS concerns 
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless workplace experience 
• Track budgets and expenses related to facilities management
• Update handbooks, process and policies when needed
•  Responsible for access control (updated tag trackers, onboarding off boarding etc) 
• Conduct weekly audits ensure building is neat and organized 
• Conduct regular meeting with vendors in collaboration with Office manager and ensure positive SLA scores 

WHAT YOU'll BRING

• Experience in office coordination, facilities management or administration 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting
• Positive attitude, resourceful, and proactive problem solver
• Knowledge of workplace tools
