JOB PURPOSE
This role is part of our Holding team based in Macedonia. Our modern office is home to a diverse and talented team of over 100 professionals across various disciplines, including experts in Technology, Data, Motion Design, Marketing, and SRE.

In this role, your primary focus will be collaborating with various business functions to support the technical aspects of our strategic projects as part of the Global IT team, including leveraging AI tools and technologies to optimize solutions and processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with our global initiatives. In addition to your project responsibilities, you will manage related IT support requests, helping to provide a seamless and efficient technology experience for colleagues. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Play an active role in the Global Support process.
- Contribute to project coordination, resource allocation, and ensuring timely, within-budget project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Global IT team to localize global initiatives, oversee system development, and integrate new solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Analyze and enhance IT processes and applications for future enablement, standardization, and improve the digital workplace ecosystem through workflow improvements, system integrations, platform reliability, and integration of AI-powered solutions for predictive support, automated incident resolution, and intelligent self-service tools.
- Support governance, compliance, and access management frameworks across key platforms such as Atlassian, Asana, Okta, Google Workspace, Keeper, Slack, and other core systems (with appropriate training).
- Enable seamless employee and client lifecycle processes through structured onboarding and off-boarding workflows, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
- Conduct structured system audits and controls in partnership with Product Owners to maintain data integrity, security, and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT engineering and supporting roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT software, hardware, networking, and infrastructure concepts.
- Experience with SaaS platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, O365, Slack, JAMF & Intune, Asana, Atlassian is a plus).
- Familiarity with AI-driven IT operations (AIOps) tools or concepts for automation, proactive issue resolution, process optimization, and scripting is a plus, including experience with AI-powered tools for IT support, such as intelligent routing, knowledge management, or chatbot implementation.
- Any basic development skills (e.g., scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation and system management tasks is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and optimize IT processes, implementing solutions for efficiency (including leveraging AI/automation where applicable).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments.
- Ability to document technical processes and create user-friendly guides.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including hosting meetings and presentations.
