Associate, Influencer Marketing (Junior)
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an Associate, Influencer Marketing to help shape how global brands show up in culture through creators.

As an Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing these campaigns to life. You’ll help source and collaborate with creators, support campaign execution across multiple platforms, and contribute to work that is designed to move culture, not just be seen.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The role will support and expand our existing creator and influencer marketing offering by assisting with campaign execution. This role’s primary focus is to assist in sourcing and partnering with the right talent, while developing a perspective on strategy and analytics.
Client Engagement & Support
- Collaborating with DEPT's Senior Manager Influencer Marketing to understand client needs for influencer marketing programs.
- Supporting the new business process and creative concepting by helping to organize and develop supporting materials to support RFPs and pitch efforts.
- Assisting with day-to-day execution including influencer outreach, contract tracking, and budget documentation.
- Partnering with production and creative teams to ensure creator thinking is infused into overarching concepts.
- Compiling talent recap reports and campaign data for clients, in collaboration with senior managers
Outreach and Talent Sourcing
- Sourcing new, diverse, and innovative creators across various digital tiers and platforms.
- Assisting in the creation of creative briefs for talent.
- Coordinating initial outreach and maintaining positive, communicative relationships with creators and talent managers.
- Maintaining internal talent databases, trackers, and campaign documentation.
Project & Finance Coordination
- Coordinating final deliveries and tracking timelines efficiently in collaboration with senior management.
- Distributing all necessary briefs and brand guidelines to selected creators.
- Organizing all legal and financial paperwork to ensure smooth internal workflows.
- Monitoring influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines.
- Supporting the invoicing process and acting as a liaison between legal and talent representatives.
- Managing coordination for multiple programs at a given time (typical workload will be across 3–5 client campaigns).
WHAT YOU BRING
Our offering is advanced for the industry, and we rely on great people. To be considered for this role, you will need the foundational or transferable skills outlined below:
- 1–2 years of work experience in casting, influencer marketing, social media, or a related marketing field.
- Foundational knowledge of all major social platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and X/Twitter.
- Transferable skills in project management, digital coordination, or talent communications.
- Familiarity with tools such as CreatorIQ, Tagger, or similar influencer platforms.
- Experience in a marketing, advertising, talent, or creative agency setting.
- Understanding of creator partnerships and content collaboration workflows.
- Familiarity with creator and influencer performance benchmarks and metrics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, high attention to detail, and a focus on schedules and timelines.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to find proactive solutions to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Take into account
- You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
