PRODUCER INTERNSHIP - 2026 (1 month)

This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns and augmented reality. Our clients include L'Oreal, Pepsico, eBay, Mammut, and Just Eat Takeaway.

JOB PURPOSE

This summer we're looking for an organised, proactive producer to join the team for a 1-month internship. You'll have a part in bringing creative campaigns to life by supporting our busy production team who are working across shoots, edits, art direction, delivery, and so much more, all while keeping projects moving on time and on budget.

Day-to-day this could look like tracking timelines, liaising with internal teams, supporting post-production workflows, sourcing talent or locations, or helping manage client-facing documents. It’s a busy environment with a supportive team, so we think you’ll have fun while learning a lot.

You'll have the chance to learn how a busy production team operates on agency side, and to take real ownership of tasks that make a genuine difference to the projects we deliver for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shadow experienced producers across all stages of social-first shoots, gaining hands-on exposure to pre-production, on-set, and post-production processes.
• Support the production team with day-to-day admin, including scheduling, call sheets, and project documentation.
• Observe and assist with talent and crew bookings, location sourcing, and studio coordination.
• Help track project budgets and costs under close guidance from the lead producer.
• Learn how assets are tracked, usage rights are managed, and content is delivered across different social platforms.
• Assist with post-production coordination, including tracking feedback rounds and chasing deliverables.
• Asking questions, absorbing as much as possible, and contributing where you can.
