THE ROLE:

You are a wordsmith in the making, ready to turn fresh ideas into impactful brand stories. As an Associate Copywriter, you’ll dive headfirst into the intersection of technology and marketing, learning how to craft punchy copy that moves the needle. You’ll work closely with senior creatives to absorb the DEPT® way of thinking—fast, bold, and inventive. This is your playground to start making a real impact for global brands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Draft clear, engaging copy for video scripts, captions, and digital ads under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, bringing fresh perspectives and "what if" ideas to the table.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with client brand voices and maintains a high standard of grammatical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with junior designers to ensure visual and verbal elements work together seamlessly.
  • Manage multiple small-scale tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 0–1 years of experience in copywriting or a related creative field.
  • A portfolio that showcases a strong grasp of language, storytelling, and creative thinking.
  • Relentless curiosity and a hunger to learn the nuances of digital marketing and tech.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback with a "better together" mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and a passion for emerging trends in culture and technology.

The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible.

US Remote Range

$56,700 - $65,000 USD
