About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical and Product Enablement Leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our innovative AI and Applications offerings and our Sales teams, ensuring that our solutions are effectively communicated and demonstrated to our clients. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to empower our Sales teams, enhance product understanding, and drive successful customer engagements. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling demos and POCs that resonate with clients and move deals forward.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Product teams to gain early access to new features, do hands-on experimentation, and prepare sales teams to position new capabilities.
- Lead the development and facilitation of high-impact workshops and enablement sessions that help our teams do world class demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and showcase the value of our AI and SaaS products.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on our understanding of product capabilities, differentiators, and positioning.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure that all GTM teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to get the technical win.
Required Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in AI and SaaS products, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and differentiators.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated mastery in delivering impactful demos and POCs, with a focus on winning over technical champions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical presales or enablement role within an AI, data platform, or B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with pre-release software and release readiness.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, CVI, Challenger, Command of the Message).
Work Environment
- This role is based in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week.
- Some International travel for training delivery, team meetings, QBRs, or sales events may be required.
