We support public high schools and educators through the Connecticut RISE Network; and we strengthen non-profit organizations serving youth who are severely off-track or disconnected from school and employment through the Connecticut Opportunity Project (CTOP). CTOP works alongside seven grantee partners, investing long-term funding, coaching, and technical assistance to help them build the infrastructure required to deliver high-quality services that meaningfully improve the lives of young people.
