About the team:

As part of our Dice New Business Sales team, you will be a front-facing resource to help our constant mission of being the most indispensable career marketplace for Technology Professionals and companies seeking tech talent. As part of our Sales Development team, you will be establishing prospecting plans for strategic accounts to uncover new business.

About the role:

As Manager, Sales Development, you will motivate, shape, engage and retain a team of Sales Development professionals that generate prospective customers through outbound prospecting and qualifying Inbound leads for the Dice business.

This role directly impacts revenue generation for yourself, the team, and for DHI. The goal is for you to be part of double-digit revenue growth for our fiscal year and beyond. You will help Dice drive new clients and provide benefits to the Tech candidate community by offering new roles that may only be available in the Dice marketplace.

Once hired, you will:

  • Complete our comprehensive onboarding/training program so you have the knowledge of our brand's products, services, and value propositions and the tools and support needed to close your deals
  • Attend regular bi-weekly Sales Enablement training sessions (you’ll also find a massive library of content, insights, and techniques needed to accelerate your performance)
  • Learn how to formulate your preferred attack strategies (you’ll be introduced to and collaborate with relevant individuals within DHI who can assist and support your day-to-day experience)
  • Absorb competitive intel and learn how to handle common objections with targeted talk tracks

As you progress in this role, you will:

  • Help create and implement strategies to drive new business and coach team members to meet/exceed their individual targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Help grow and drive knowledge of our Dice products and expertise in the technical and talent acquisition verticals to allow our representatives to become a trusted advisor to our clients
  • Collaborate and work closely with Sales and Marketing to review sales execution plans and execute strategy.
  • Help with new hire onboarding for Sales Development Representatives to help accelerate ramp
  • Actively research and review processes and SDR metrics to ensure we are keeping up with common technologies and workflows.
  • Analyze key reports and sales analytics to make recommendations on how to improve individual team performance and ensure high tech stack adoption for best results
  • Drive focus and optimize strategy on GTM strategy of acquiring high value logos for Dice
  • Leverage solution enablement and sales training to consistently increase performance and drive professional growth

What you bring to the Dice team:

Required:

  • Proven Sales development/Business Development experience with experience coaching and leading a Sales Development team
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce), SEPs (Salesloft), ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense
  • Ability to work in a fast changing, innovative environment
  • Experience hunting for new prospects and customers required
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred:

  • Recruiting and/or technology experience preferred

New York pay range: Base salary/pay plus commissions per year at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.

$175,000 - $200,000 USD
