About the role:
This role sits at the center of the Dice sales business—translating strategy into execution, driving alignment across functions, and ensuring priorities turn into measurable outcomes. This is not a traditional project management role. It requires someone who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level, anticipate needs, and step in wherever the business requires
Why we’re hiring for this role:
Dice is at a critical point, with new leadership and a need to improve execution and alignment across the business. This role will play a key part in accelerating progress, enabling the sales organization to operate effectively, and ensuring the company’s priorities translate into real results.
This role is:
- A force multiplier for the SVP, Head of Sales and leadership team
- A driver of strategy execution, not just coordination
- A connector across functions, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
This role is not:
- A task tracker, administrative assistant, or meeting coordinator
- A siloed program owner with narrow scope
- A purely strategic or purely operational role—you will do both
Once hired, you will:
Drive Execution of Business Priorities
- Translate leadership strategy into clear, actionable plans across teams
- Establish and implement the processes, systems, and operating structures needed to deliver sales results
- Ensure initiatives move forward with urgency and accountability
Own Business Rhythm & Operating Cadence
- Design and run core business rhythms (e.g., leadership meetings, planning cycles, QBRs)
- Bring structure, clarity, and visibility to priorities, performance, and risks
- Ensure leaders are aligned and focused on the highest-impact work
Act as a Cross-Functional Integrator
- Work across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other functions to drive alignment and execution
- Support critical initiatives such as tool implementation, process design, operating cadence, and enabling team effectiveness
- Co-lead change management initiatives that drive meaningful long-term transformation
- Step into ambiguous situations and bring order, direction, and progress
Identify Risks and Drive Resolution
- Develop a deep understanding of the business to proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Surface issues early and propose actionable solutions before they escalate
- Remove blockers and ensure teams can execute effectively
What you bring to the team:
- Proven ability to turn strategy into execution in complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing without direct authority
- Strong operational instincts—you know how to build structure where it doesn’t exist
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and results
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify risks early, and drive solutions independently
- Comfortable operating at all levels—from executives to individual contributors
- High ownership, low ego, and a reputation for getting things done
Denver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
