The Role:

The Vice President of Growth at Digible is a visionary, data-driven senior leader responsible for owning and driving revenue growth across both marketing and sales. Reporting to the General Manager of Agency, this role is a part of Digible’s senior leadership team and requires a strategic mindset, an innovative approach to growth, and deep expertise in digital marketing.

The Vice President of Growth will define and execute a growth strategy that attracts the right clients, increases demand, and drives revenue. They will oversee the entire new client acquisition strategy, leading the team responsible for brand engagement and driving leads from generation all the way through proposal close.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Leverages marketing, technology, and business development strategies to drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Understands full-funnel marketing and sales growth—connecting brand awareness, demand generation, and client acquisition without relying on a traditional outbound sales model.
  • Sees marketing as a revenue driver—using data, automation, and analytics to optimize growth efforts and improve lead-to-client conversion.
  • Is an inspiring people leader—mentoring and developing a high-performing, collaborative growth team that thrives on innovation and execution.
  • Develops and executes a growth playbook, focusing on scalable, marketing-driven acquisition strategies that fuel sustainable business expansion.
  • Works cross-functionally, but stays focused on growth—collaborating with the Agency, Client Services, and Product teams to ensure Digible attracts, converts, and retains the right clients.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role is both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate is comfortable setting the vision, leading the team, and rolling up their sleeves to build Digible’s next phase of growth.

You’ll love this job if you:

  • Think beyond just marketing or sales. Growth is the full picture—brand, demand, and client success all working together.
  • Build for impact, not just the next quarter. You care about attracting the right clients and keeping them.
  • Think like a strategist, execute like a doer. You design high-growth marketing engines—then make them run.
  • Know growth isn’t a solo act. Marketing, sales, and fulfillment thrive when they work together—you make that happen.
  • Have a head for data and a gut for strategy. You love analytics, automation, and smart risks.
  • Are tech-forward. AI, automation, and emerging tools? You don’t just use them—you maximize them.
  • See data as a competitive edge. You turn insights into action and marketing into momentum.
  • Thrive on testing, learning, and iterating. Growth isn’t static, and neither are you.
  • Know what great looks like. You’ve seen best-in-class strategies and are ready to raise the bar at Digible.

What you’ll do:

  • Own Digible’s growth engine. Drive revenue through marketing-led acquisition, demand gen, and smart sales strategies—all while having outbound sales on your team.
  • Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy. Attract the right clients and turn them into long-term partners.
  • Make marketing a revenue driver. Lead SEO, SEM, paid media, content, and lifecycle marketing to generate and convert demand.
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI. Optimize lead scoring, conversion rates, and campaign impact.
  • Turn events into pipeline accelerators. Direct Digible’s conference strategy, sponsorships, and vendor management to drive revenue.
  • Set the bar for growth KPIs. Define success, track performance, and iterate fast to optimize results.
  • Manage and maximize the growth budget. Allocate resources for high-ROI marketing and demand generation.
  • Serve as a key voice on the senior leadership team. Present strategic plans, performance insights, and growth opportunities to the CEO and executive leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally, but stay focused on growth. Partner with Client Services, Fulfillment, and Product to ensure seamless client acquisition and retention.
  • Scale what works, scrap what doesn’t. Test, learn, refine, repeat.

How success will be measured:

  • Revenue Growth – Increased marketing-driven revenue and high-value client acquisition.
  • Lead Quality & Conversion – Higher MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and accelerated sales pipeline.
  • Marketing ROI – Improved budget efficiency, cost per acquisition, and campaign performance.
  • Event & Conference Impact – Strong pipeline generation and revenue attribution from industry events.
  • Executive Alignment – Clear growth reporting and strategic insights for leadership.
  • Team Engagement & Growth – A motivated, high-performing team that thrives in a collaborative, innovative culture.

What you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or business development, with 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth—ideally in a technology-driven digital marketing agency or another high-growth B2B company.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel marketing—including SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Fluency in data, automation, and analytics—leveraging AI, marketing automation, and CRM tools to drive smart decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team-building experience—mentoring and scaling growth-focused teams.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence—comfortable presenting growth strategy, performance metrics, and insights to leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
