Position Overview:
The Customer Success Specialist (Data Migration) plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless transition of data, applications, and systems from BoardDocs to the Community platform. This position requires a technical expertise with strong analytical and project management skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and ensure a successful migration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with teams like Implementation and Advisory Services to plan and carry out data migrations that meet project goals.
- Review data to ensure accuracy, understand its structure, and map it correctly for a smooth transition to the Community platform.
- Check for compatibility between systems to ensure style and structure match post-migration.
- Monitor the data transfer process, fixing any issues that arise while ensuring data security and business continuity.
- Test data and functionality post-migration to ensure everything works as expected.
- Continuously improve by learning from each project and keeping up with industry trends.
Required Experience/Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant industry, with hands-on experience in data migration projects.
- Proficiency in CSS and HTML to ensure style and structure compatibility during migrations.
- Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel, with an analytical mindset for handling complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey project details and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with various stakeholders.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing project requirements.
- Interest in continuous learning and staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
