eCommerce Internet Sales Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY
Dillard's is seeking a seasoned retail and e-commerce professional passionate about fashion to join our e-commerce team as an Internet Sales Manager. Our e-commerce team uses cutting-edge technology in a highly dynamic, ever-changing environment. The Internet Sales Manager will work closely with our merchants to publish new merchandise, enhance the website's visual appeal, and drive sales through our e-commerce channels. This position works cross-functionally with Dillard's buying, technology, marketing, and photography teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Make data-driven decisions to capitalize on sales opportunities
- Maintain a clearly defined roadmap to ensure task execution, continuous site maintenance, and progress on long-term project execution
- Overseeing the publishing of new items on the website
- Working closely with merchandising teams to determine the most important marketing messages and managing digital advertisements on Dillards.com
- Partnering with technology teams to troubleshoot publishing issues and develop new technologies for our e-commerce business
- Working with vendors to ensure brands and products are properly represented on Dillards.com
THE MUST-HAVES
- A minimum of 4 years working in ecommerce, retail buying, ecommerce-related IT roles, or retail management
- A degree in business, retail merchandising, or information technology-related majors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong management skills
- A passion for fashion and retail
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with SEO/GEO
- Experience with the Adobe Digital Analytics platform and Google Analytics
- Experience in digital marketing
- Social Media expertise
