Purpose
Divergent Technologies, Inc. is a leader in engineering design and manufacturing, specializing in structural components for the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries. We are seeking a Manager, ERP to lead our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP product and team. You will own the Oracle roadmap, daily operations, configuration and customization, and continuous improvement across supply chain and financial modules. This role blends product management and people leadership with hands-on Oracle Fusion expertise, ensuring reliable, scalable, and compliant processes including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory and Costing, Record to Report, and Manufacturing.
The Role
- Define and maintain the Oracle Fusion ERP product vision, roadmap, and governance model, working with business stakeholders and partners including Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Data teams
- Lead day to day ERP operations, incident and problem management, SLAs, and root cause analysis
- Translate business needs into prioritized projects including defining epics and user stories, driving discovery, UAT, and adoption across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing
- Oversee configurations including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Cost Management, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Projects as applicable
- Own Oracle-specific integration strategy leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, and FBDI, coordinating with other system owners including those for MES, PLM, and QMS systems
- Establish best practices for change management, release management, security roles with SOD, data governance, and process automation
- Provide technical oversight for quarterly updates, testing, impact assessment, and safe deployments
- Build and manage the Oracle ERP team, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development
- Manage Oracle and implementation partners, SOWs, deliverables, and budgets
- Drive continuous improvement of cycle times, data quality, and user experience with OTBI and BI Publisher dashboards
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- 8+ years of experience with ERP including 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion
- People leadership experience of functional and technical ERP teams
- Strong functional depth in both Supply Chain and Financial modules, with hands on experience in P2P, O2C, Inventory and Costing, and R2R
- Experience with Fusion configuration, OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and OIC or equivalent
- Ability to balance technical detail with business context
- Strong project and product management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in the defense industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
- Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries
- Experience with Manufacturing and Project Accounting
- Experience with Controlled Unclassified Information
- High-level theoretical understanding of other enterprise systems including MES, PLM
Work Environment
- Onsite in Torrance, CA (Headquarters)
Pay Range
$142,900 - $196,500 USD
