As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to the CEO who can bring their critical thinking, organization, and creativity to our fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to support our CEO in all aspects of leadership and company growth. This individual will work closely with the CEO, managing the day-to-day operations, strategic projects, and high-level priorities. The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker with a background in hospitality, experienced in high-level executive support, and possesses strong analytical skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and be based full-time in our Miami office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the CEO’s right hand, managing and prioritizing an evolving and complex schedule.
• Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO in communications.
• Lead and execute on strategic projects, ensuring deliverables are met and initiatives are driven forward.
• Oversee special projects, ensuring goals are aligned with the company’s vision and executed to the highest standard.
• Anticipate the needs of the CEO and the business, providing proactive solutions and support.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses to support the executive decision-making processes.
• Coordinate travel, events, and executive meetings with a focus on seamless execution.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, handling sensitive information with care.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting a high-level executive.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and think strategically.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Background in hospitality preferred; an understanding of the luxury and high-end service industries is a plus.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to solving problems and managing projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle complex and fast-moving environments with professionalism and poise.
• A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Based in Miami, FL, and available to work in-office 5 days a week.
