Senior Product Manager, Integrations & Technology Partner Program

United States

Dragos is on a relentless mission to defend industrial organizations that provide us with the necessities of modern civilization; running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments. As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role:

Dragos is seeking a Product Manager to own integrations and the Dragos Technology Partner Program end-to-end. Integrations are central to the value customers get from the Dragos Platform — the more OT and security technologies we interoperate with, the more complete a picture our customers have of their assets, vulnerabilities, and threats. You will set and manage the roadmap for Dragos-developed integrations, govern the growing portfolio of partner-developed integrations, and run the partner program that makes both possible — from partner onboarding and agreements to development support, documentation, and go-to-market enablement.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role at the intersection of partner relationships, customer needs, and coordination of internal stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Experience. You own the program, the roadmap, and the partner experience; and coordinate the software development team that delivers it. This includes the integrations themselves, the integrations UI, and the underlying architectural standards and interfaces with other Dragos Platform functionality. You provide the customer context, requirements, and prioritization that direct that work.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for Dragos Platform integrations within a framework aligned to customer demand, market trends, and Dragos’ business needs.
  • Stack-rank integration requests into a clear roadmap based on customer discovery, competitive needs, and strategic value.
  • Drive the development and management of Dragos-developed integrations by translating priorities into clear requirements for in-house and outsourced development teams and partnering with Engineering on sequencing and delivery.
  • Track and govern the full portfolio of partner-developed integrations, maintaining accurate internal and external documentation.
  • Establish and maintain a governance process that keeps partner-developed integrations documented, current, and accurately represented as partners evolve their technology and capabilities.
  • Maintain strong and healthy relationships with Dragos’ Technology Partners.
  • Guide prospective Dragos’ partners through Dragos’ Technology Partner Program onboarding process and facilitate access to enablement resources and program benefits.
  • Ensure Dragos’ remains in good standing within partners’ programs.
  • Facilitate partners’ access to Dragos Platform development instances, coordinating documentation and Customer/Partner Portal access across Dragos business and technical support operations functions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for partners during development — answering development instance, API, and integration questions and escalating to Engineering when needed.
  • Meet with partners at the start and close of each integration engagement, and as needed, to ensure alignment on integration joint value prop.
  • Drive cleanup and ongoing maintenance of integration documentation across both Dragos- and partner-supported integrations, internally and on docs.dragos.com.
  • Collect partner logos and company descriptions and submit them to Marketing for publishing on the Dragos website Integrations page, managing the request workflow end-to-end.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally including technical, platform/API, integrations, cybersecurity, or developer-facing products.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a roadmap and to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to drive outcomes across Engineering, GTM, CX, Legal, and Marketing without direct authority.
  • Experience managing external relationships: partners, vendors, or a developer/partner ecosystem including the program and legal mechanics that go with them.
  • Working fluency with APIs, integration concepts, IT, OT, and enterprise security technologies. Ability to converse credibly with partner developers and triage their questions before escalation.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to develop clear, current documentation and repeatable processes.
  • Self-directed and organized, with the operational discipline to govern a growing portfolio and keep many partner threads moving in parallel.
  • Familiarity with OT/ICS, industrial cybersecurity, or critical-infrastructure environments is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience standing up or scaling a formal technology/partner program, partner portal, or integration marketplace is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (~10%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.

Compensation:

  • Salary:  166,000.00
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
