Senior Product Manager, Neighborhood Keeper

United States

Dragos is on a relentless mission to defend industrial organizations that provide us with the necessities of modern civilization; running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments. As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role:

Dragos is seeking a senior-level Product Manager to join the new Neighborhood Keeper product team, building and evolving Dragos's collective defense platform for industrial cybersecurity. Neighborhood Keeper enables anonymous, machine-speed sharing of extended operational technology (xOT) threat intelligence, spanning traditional OT and ICS control systems, industrial IoT devices, and the enterprise-connected infrastructure that influences physical operations, across industries and geographic regions, empowering critical infrastructure operators, from small utilities and municipalities to large industrial enterprises, to defend their environments collectively. You will work closely with the product team, leadership, internal stakeholders, customers, and trusted advisor partners, including government agencies and ISACs, to drive an effective product roadmap through discovery, prioritization, definition, and execution for Neighborhood Keeper.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for Neighborhood Keeper, Dragos's collective defense platform that shares anonymized xOT threat intelligence at machine-speed across industries, sectors, and regions.
  • Translate participant feedback, government partner input, and the evolving xOT threat landscape into a clear quarter-over-quarter Neighborhood Keeper roadmap.
  • Drive development of core Neighborhood Keeper capabilities, including anonymized telemetry query federation, community-wide threat visibility, Knowledge Pack distribution, and Trusted Insight Alert delivery.
  • Define and evolve the platform's privacy and anonymization architecture, including federated query design, double anonymization approaches, and participant identity protection, in close partnership with Engineering and legal and policy stakeholders.
  • Own the Trusted Advisor program product layer, enabling government agencies (NSA, CISA), ISACs (E-ISAC, DNG-ISAC, ONG-ISAC), and CERTs to publish threat intelligence directly to the Neighborhood Keeper community while preserving participant anonymity.
  • Define requirements for the Knowledge Pack pipeline, including automated weekly packages of updated detections, vulnerability data, and incident response playbooks, to ensure community participants receive current protections consistently and at scale.
  • Engage directly with participants and customer-facing teams to understand collective defense needs across the participant community, gather feedback, and iterate on product direction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the xOT threat landscape, community threat intelligence programs, and the operational and regulatory constraints that govern information sharing within critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Represent Dragos’s perspective on collective defense, anonymous threat intelligence sharing, and community-wide xOT security to customers, government partners, analysts, and industry groups.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to grow Neighborhood Keeper participant adoption and deepen the value of community membership, clearly communicating solutions, costs, and business case justifications.
  • Make decisions regarding prioritization, trade-offs in features, timelines, resources, and quality, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate product requirements with a clear business rationale to Engineering teams.
  • Independently measure, track, and develop plans to improve product KPIs, including participant growth, community engagement, Knowledge Pack delivery performance, and alert effectiveness.
  • Support Sales and community outreach with product insights, competitive positioning, and compelling narratives that connect Neighborhood Keeper's collective defense model to participants' resilience and operational continuity goals.
  • Play a key role in shaping the go-to-market and community-growth strategy for Neighborhood Keeper, including participant onboarding experience, trusted advisor expansion, and public-private partnership narratives that connect collective defense to operational resilience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building or maintaining enterprise security, threat intelligence, or community/network-effect platforms in cybersecurity or adjacent domains.
  • Strong understanding of collective defense and threat intelligence sharing concepts, including federated data models, anonymization techniques, community-driven detection, and the operational constraints organizations face when sharing sensitive xOT data.
  • Familiarity with the xOT threat landscape, including the types of threats, adversary TTPs, and vulnerabilities that affect traditional OT and ICS control systems, industrial IoT devices, and enterprise-connected infrastructure across electricity, oil and gas, water, manufacturing, chemical, and other critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Understanding of information sharing frameworks and programs, including ISACs, government sharing initiatives (CISA, DOE, NSA), and the privacy and data sensitivity considerations that govern participation, particularly NERC CIP BES Cyber System information requirements and analogous constraints in other sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data models, federated query systems, and backend workflows to effectively partner with Engineering.
  • Proven experience in creating product requirements that enable users to derive value and build customers' confidence and trust.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products, including developing go-to-market strategies, managing outcome-driven roadmaps, and backlog prioritization (desired).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams including engineers and designers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, executives, customers, and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel (~10%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.
  • Experience building products for small and under-resourced organizations, such as utilities, municipalities, or public infrastructure operators, that require simple, high-value experiences with minimal operational burden (a plus).
  • Experience with privacy-preserving technologies, federated analytics, or anonymization approaches that enable data sharing without exposing sensitive organizational information (a plus).
  • Direct experience with OT environments, either on the customer side or having built or supported an OT security, threat detection, or incident response product (a plus).

Compensation:

  • Salary: 166,000.00
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
