Senior IT Administrator

United Kingdom

At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.

About the Role:

As our footprint expands across the UK, Western Europe, and the Middle East, our IT Administration team is extending follow-the-sun coverage into UK business hours to complement our existing APAC presence. You will be the front-line and second-line IT presence for our UK/EU and broader EMEA colleagues — provisioning and supporting endpoints, running joiner/mover/leaver processes, managing identity and access, and delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support through Jira Service Management. You will also contribute to global IT projects and help integrate newly acquired teams onto Dragos standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, security-conscious environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provision new-hire accounts, equipment, and access so joiners are productive on day one; complete onboarding checklists across identity, endpoint, and SaaS.
  • Execute timely, complete access revocation and account deactivation (email, identity, SaaS, privileged access); coordinate equipment recovery for departing employees.
  • Deploy macOS and Windows laptops — including developer-spec machines and the annual laptop refresh program — plus replacements, upgrades, and reassignments.
  • Coordinate shipping, returns, device wipes, and acquisition-related equipment recovery across the region, with accurate records in the CMDB.
  • Administer and troubleshoot enrollment and policies.
  • Manage applications across the Dragos SaaS estate.
  • Own and resolve incidents and service requests in Jira Service Management — hardware, OS, M365, connectivity, peripherals, and conferencing — escalating appropriately and meeting SLAs.
  • Keep asset records accurate, maintain runbooks, provide EMEA coverage during UK/EU business hours, and support global IT projects and M&A integrations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, service desk, or systems administration in a corporate end-user environment.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM/endpoint management — Microsoft Intune and Jamf (Apple Business Manager a strong plus).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments.
  • Experience running onboarding/offboarding (joiner/mover/leaver) processes, including account provisioning and access revocation.
  • Comfortable with a ticketing/ITSM tool (Jira Service Management preferred) and working to SLAs.
  • Endpoint hardware lifecycle experience: provisioning, imaging/enrollment, shipping/returns, and asset tracking.
  • Strong customer-service orientation, clear written and verbal English, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first team.
  • Awareness of GDPR / UK data-protection obligations when handling personal and device data.
  • Familiarity with a CMDB and collaboration tooling (Slack, Zoom, Confluence).
  • Exposure to endpoint patching/vulnerability remediation and security-conscious IT operations.
  • Experience supporting the Arabic-speaking region / Middle East (MENA) — users, logistics, or offices in Arabic-speaking countries, preferred.
  • Experience with zero-trust and privileged access tooling, preferred
  • Experience supporting a fast-growing or M&A-active, globally distributed company, preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary:  £55,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
