About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, well-rounded Associate Director of Growth to lead our eCommerce growth strategy. You’ll sit at the intersection of paid media and performance creative, guiding strategy, creative direction, and execution across channels. You’ll manage our media buyer and digital content producer while also rolling up your sleeves when needed to keep the engine moving and growing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, isn’t afraid to question assumptions, and is obsessed with testing, learning, and scaling. You'll work directly with the Head of Jukebox and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth.
This role will report to the Head of Jukebox.
This is a full-time role with company benefits based out of New York City, NY. In office 4 days a week (NoMad area).
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $155,000 to $165,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the strategy, performance, and optimization of our eCommerce channels (DTC + Amazon), to reach our revenue growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities- whether through sharper positioning, stronger creative angles, or untapped channels and audiences.
- Partner with our media buyer to align paid channel strategy with growth goals and priorities.
- Own the creative strategy for ads and performance creative, spearheading testing and ensuring every concept is thumb-stopping and built to convert.
- Partner with our digital content producer to develop and iterate on creative assets that fuel campaign success.
- Use analytics to uncover performance insights, guide testing plans, and optimize the entire growth funnel.
- Get hands-on where needed to support key launches, troubleshoot issues, or push growth levers forward.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the Jukebox team to align marketing with product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal moments while also partnering with external media reps and agencies to drive execution and results.
About You:
- 4–6 years of experience, including specific experience in growth marketing, ideally in a high-growth DTC or CPG environment.
- Strong track record owning both performance marketing strategy and the development of creative assets.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, and other key performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to both synthesize data into actionable insights, and lean into creative intuition
- Experienced in managing media buyers and creative teams - you're a strategic leader who’s not afraid to dig in.
- Familiarity with managing Amazon growth via agency partners, with a desire to learn and optimize the channel.
- Highly collaborative, curious, and excited to test, build, and scale quickly. Clear communicator and critical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, iterative cultures.
- Experience overseeing $2M+ marketing budgets and scaling $10M+ preferred
