Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or field service environments, strong ERP system experience, and familiarity with platforms such as ServiceTitan, Procore, or similar service management systems. This individual will play a key role in the month-end close process, support process improvements, maintain strong internal controls, and partner with the accounting team to provide clear financial insights that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the monthly financial close process, including preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements and completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with cash management activities, including monitoring cash activity, working capital, billing accuracy, and cost tracking.
- Maintain adherence to internal controls and support compliance with tax filings, audit requests, and day-to-day AR and AP operations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with the accounting and finance team, including job costing and project-level financial tracking.
- Maintain and support accounting systems such as ServiceTitan, Sage, or similar platforms, ensuring accurate data flow for payroll, billing, and financial reporting in a B2B field services environment.

Experience:
- 3+ years in general ledger accounting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to WIP, inventory, job costing, or construction/field service accounting strongly preferred
- Track record in enhancing financial processes, particularly in B2B field services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or CGMA preferred.
