We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Join Our Team!

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth sales processes, this position is for you.

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the CRM system, oversee the sales pipeline, and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies. You will collaborate with estimating, marketing, and operations teams to deliver an outstanding client experience while driving sales efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and coordinating with the estimating team.

  • Own and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate data, visibility, and consistent usage.

  • Actively support the sales process, from handling new inquiries to ongoing account management.

  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress effectively.

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.

  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead quality and with operations to align deliverables with client needs.

  • Drive continuous improvements in workflows, client interactions, and overall satisfaction.

  • Contribute to strategic sales planning and business development initiatives with the CEO.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-related roles.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Commercial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven sales management.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced English level (C1 or higher) with strong verbal and written skills to engage US-based clients confidently.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
