We’re Hiring: Finance Manager – Join Our Team!

We are looking for a Finance Manager responsible for shaping the company’s financial future and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in financial management, process optimization, and business analysis.

As Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations, design and structure the finance department, and implement best practices that strengthen organizational efficiency. You will also provide insights and strategies to support executive decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers across business areas.
  • Develop and propose strategies to improve profitability, optimize resource allocation, and sustain long-term growth.
  • Establish policies, controls, and frameworks to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Develop and manage month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial records.
  • Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards that provide clear insight into company performance.
  • Ensure financial data is categorized, reconciled, and recorded correctly, in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual financial plan and ongoing forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align forecasts with operational needs and priorities
  • Identify and implement tools, systems, and workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Drive automation and digitalization of reporting and analysis.

What We’re Looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in financial management, financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles.
  • Advanced English Proficiency: C1/C2 level for seamless communication
  • Proven track record in department structuring, process design, and organizational improvement.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to strategic outcomes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budget management, and development of controls and procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial results & issues to senior management and non-financial audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
