Financial Analyst
We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst – Join the Team!
Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning financial data into actionable business insights? We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and support our growing millwork and specialty finish contracting business.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in analyzing financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborating closely with operations, project management, and accounting teams. Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes and reports on performance versus targets, budgets, and forecasts in assigned functional areas.
- Prepares, reviews, and analyzes Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules, partnering with Project Accounting and Project Management to ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost-to-complete estimates, and margin visibility.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and communicate findings to leadership to improve financial procedures.
- Research and provide recommendations on operational risks and opportunities.
- Assist in developing financial models and analyzing historical trends and future expectations.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Work cross-functionally to establish and improve operational processes.
- Review accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintains the highest level of accuracy and error-proofing in own work.
- Maintains a high-level awareness of relevant business conditions, trends, etc. to provide the best possible insights.
- Assist with on-demand financial analysis to address emerging business needs.
What We’re Looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including:
- Consolidations
- Intercompany transactions
- Project accounting
- Percentage of completion revenue recognition
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 Finance preferred).
- English proficiency at C2 level.
