The HotStats database currently totals over million hotel rooms worldwide; and HotStats is growing continuously. 

HotStats also provides a suite of market intelligence reports to support developers’ and investors’ decisions in the industry.

POSITION PURPOSE

The Market Insights – Sales Executive supports the Market Insights team in achieving its sales and service goals. This role provides administrative, sales, and customer support to help expand the reach of HotStats’ Market Insights products. The position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop a career in hospitality analytics and SaaS sales.

Working closely with the Market Insights team, this role assists in day-to-day sales activities, customer communications, and operational coordination to ensure efficient delivery of reports, accurate data management, and a superior client experience.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

The primary job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct support to the Market Insights team in achieving team sales and operational goals.
  • Assist with outbound sales efforts, including preparing proposals, quotes, and follow-up emails.
  • Conduct outreach calls and emails to prospective and existing customers as part of sales campaigns or renewals.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in HubSpot and ensure the sales pipeline is current.
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of Market Insights reports and related client materials.
  • Help gather and verify data related to customer lists, report delivery, and sales performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Strategy, and Operations teams to support product launches and campaigns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Stay informed about hospitality market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Represent HotStats in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Sales, customer service, or administrative support role in SaaS or the hospitality industry experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to customers and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn about data analytics, hotel performance metrics, and SaaS-based sales processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for meetings or events.
