🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing as a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst:
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and empathy
- Log and track support tickets in our system
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, software, and networks
- Escalate complex issues to the right team when needed
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolution
- Keep learning and growing your tech skills
- Jump into special projects when they come up

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or service desk role
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain tech to non-tech folks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic network troubleshooting
- Bonus points for ITIL knowledge!
- A team player with great problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized
