As a Desktop Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for desktop and laptop support, tackling technical challenges head-on and helping end users stay productive and connected. This isn’t just a help desk job, it’s a hands-on, high-impact role where your skills will shine every single day.

💼 What You’ll Do as a Desktop Support Analyst:

  • Be the first line of defense for technical issues—troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Support PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals with precision and care.
  • Deploy and maintain systems, apply updates, and manage imaging and configurations.
  • Resolve account access issues and assist with company software.
  • Keep documentation sharp and knowledge bases up to date.
  • Work with ticketing tools to track and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.

📍 Role Details:

  • Title: Desktop Support Analyst 
  • Location: On-site in Mossville, IL
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST
  • Pay: $22/hour

🎓 What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • A+ Certification (current or in progress)
  • Prior experience in a Desktop Support role preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and Microsoft 365 experience
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • A customer-first mindset and attention to detail
