What You’ll Do as a Support Technician:

• Be the friendly face (and voice) that keeps customers informed and supported.
• Organize and manage service schedules, equipment pickups, and lease returns.
• Keep our systems updated with accurate data and reports.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to customer locations.
• Track down tech like a detective and keep everything running smoothly.
• Collaborate with other Support Technicians and teams to improve service quality.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• You’re a team player who’s organized, self-motivated, and ready to prioritize like a pro.
• You’ve got excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• You’re not afraid to climb a ladder, lift 50+ pounds, or crawl into tight spaces (yes, really).
• You’re a high school graduate (or equivalent) and ready to take on the tech world.

📍 Role Details:

• Title: Support Technician
• Location: Morton, IL
• Schedule: M-F 7:30 AM to 4:00PM CST
• Pay: $18/hour
