Position Summary
EarnIn is seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Creative Assets Manager to build the systems, workflows, and tools that enable our Creative team to do their best work. As the operational backbone of the Creative team, you’ll ensure work moves efficiently from concept to delivery—allowing creatives to stay focused on creating exceptional work.
Working closely with the Head of Creative, this role brings structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment. You’ll streamline processes, manage resourcing and timelines, and maintain visibility across stakeholders. Acting as the central connector between Creative, Marketing, and Product, you’ll drive operational excellence and enable EarnIn’s brand expression to show up with quality, consistency, and impact.
This is a highly collaborative role ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, loves connecting dots between people and processes, and has a deep appreciation for creative work.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$200,000 plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This role is hybrid with the expectation of working from our Mountain View offices 2 days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Creative Workflow Management: Lead the full lifecycle of creative assets—from intake to delivery—ensuring alignment with EarnIn’s brand standards and maintaining a centralized, organized library that keeps work accessible and reusable.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional alignment between Creative, Marketing, and Product by orchestrating clear communication and efficient collaboration across all creative planning and reviews.
- Timeline & Resource Planning: Scope projects, develop production schedules, manage timelines, and allocate resources to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Process Optimization: Build and refine systems, tools, and workflows that increase efficiency, transparency, and predictability in the creative process.
- Asset Management & Delivery: Manage the creative asset lifecycle end to end—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and maintaining a centralized library for organized, versioned, and accessible files.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, capacity planning, and progress metrics to internal partners and Marketing leadership.
- Brand & Quality Assurance: Partner with Creative leads to ensure all assets meet brand standards, messaging consistency, and creative excellence.
- Analytics & Reporting: Work with the performance team to analyze the efficacy of creative assets post-launch, measure effectiveness, and gather insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content contributes to measurable business success.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in creative operations, production management, or traffic management within a marketing, design, or advertising organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of creative production processes across design, copy, and multimedia (video, social, and digital).
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized and proactive with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com.
- Demonstrated success driving operational efficiency and scaling creative processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a technology, fintech, or high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and marketing technology platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing, brand campaigns, and performance creative production workflows.
- Proficient in AI project management tools such as Motion
