Senior Product Analyst 

ActiveHours, Inc. dba EarnIn is recruiting for our Mountain View, CA office: Senior Product Analyst: Define business KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), analyze how product features and business operations influence these KPI's, and run experiments to evaluate how business initiatives impact these KPI's. Define metrics that measure the performance of the business relative to key objectives and develop dashboards to monitor these metrics. Conduct analysis to identify product issues and opportunities that are used by the company to determine product initiatives. Design and analyze experiments to evaluate the impact and success of business initiatives. Communicate actionable insights across all levels to inform growth efforts and conduct feasibility analysis on planned initiatives. Create tools to enable peer analysts to conduct more efficient and effective dashboards, analyses, and experiments. Part-time telecommuting allowed. $225,077/yr. - $275,000/yr. 

Education and Experience Required: 

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Information Sciences, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science, or related field and 36 months of experience.
