POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative technologist specializing in AI-driven content generation to join our marketing team as an AI Marketing Creative Specialist (I2). This role builds on the foundation of our AI creative internship, evolving it into a full-time, forward-looking position focused on scaling creative production and driving impact across User Acquisition (UA), lifecycle, and brand marketing.
As an AI Marketing Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge generative AI tools and structured workflows to produce high-volume, high-quality marketing assets across video, static, and text formats. You will bring a systems-oriented mindset to creative production to translate marketing objectives into scalable creative systems and outputs—combining prompt engineering, modular input design, and experimentation to unlock creative velocity and performance gains.
This role is deeply embedded within User Acquisition marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance-driven creative, rapid iteration, and data-informed optimization. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to continuously improve creative output and develop scalable AI-powered content systems.
This is a Mountain View-based position requiring in-office work 2 days a week. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$95,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Creative Generation & AI Production
- Leverage a wide range of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Runway, Firefly, Jasper, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Visual Electric, Icon) to generate high-quality marketing assets across video, static, and copy formats
- Develop structured prompts, reusable templates, and modular input systems to enable scalable creative production
- Produce a high volume of assets tailored to User Acquisition, lifecycle marketing (LCM), and brand campaigns
- Apply strong visual and storytelling fundamentals (composition, lighting, motion, copy) to elevate AI-generated outputs
User Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Create and iterate on performance-driven creative assets optimized for paid channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Partner with Growth and UA teams to develop creative hypotheses and rapidly test variations at scale
- Incorporate performance data and testing insights into creative iteration loops
- Continuously refine assets to improve key metrics such as CTR, CVR, and CAC
Experimentation & Iteration
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new creative concepts, formats, and campaign ideas
- “Play” with emerging AI tools and workflows to unlock new creative possibilities and efficiencies
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and refine them to meet quality, brand, and performance standards
- Run structured experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to determine what creative approaches perform best
Systems Thinking & Documentation
- Build and maintain documentation around prompt logic, workflows, and creative systems
- Contribute to scalable frameworks for AI-driven content generation (e.g., prompt libraries, template systems)
- Collaborate with engineering partners to improve tooling, automation, and workflow efficiency
Innovation & Future-Focused Development
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, platforms, and creative techniques
- Help identify opportunities to integrate new technologies into the creative production pipeline
- Help shape the future of AI-driven marketing and creative at EarnIn by evolving workflows, tools, and best practices
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of experience in creative production (e.g., performance marketing, lifecycle content, agency, or brand).
- Open to experimenting with leading AI tools for content generation (e.g., Firefly, Runway ML, MidJourney, Jasper, ChatGPT, Canva, Veo3).
- Prior technical background preferred. Thinks structurally, comfortable with prompt engineering, JSON-like inputs, logic trees, or template systems.
- Basic understanding of visual production (e.g., camera types, lenses, lighting, composition) to craft detailed high-quality prompts
- Experienced in fast-paced, high-output creative environments with rapid iteration cycles.
- Strong visual and copy sensibility; capable of enforcing brand guidelines and consistency in output
