Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire engineering teams to tackle complex projects, fostering a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving.
• Guide and facilitate the growth of team members through mentorship, hands-on experiences, and tailored training programs.
• Foster collaboration and idea exchange among engineers, driving innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of substantial software engineering experience with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
• 1-2 years in leadership roles, managing and guiding software engineering teams to successful project delivery.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and modern technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively lead teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Strategic mindset aligning technical strategies with business objectives and driving innovation within the team.
