Senior Creative Operations Partner

Melbourne, Australia

Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

We're standing on a global stage, with millions of eyes on us every single day through Stake, KICK and Easygo Games, and the spotlight only gets brighter from here. Behind it all sits our Visual Design function. That's where you step in, driving its operational excellence while partnering closely with Creative Leaders, Product, Marketing and stakeholders across the business to keep work prioritised, resourced and delivered.

What you’ll build with us:
The operational rhythm of the studio is yours to shape: resource planning across approximately 30 designers onshore and offshore, backed by sharp demand forecasting and utilisation monitoring. You'll also run design intake and work allocation, optimise workflows and governance, and build the dashboards and reporting leaders rely on to make informed decisions.

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

Who is Easygo?
We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.

We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead the operational performance of the Visual Design function, balancing day-to-day delivery with longer-term strategic improvement to build a scalable, high-performing design organisation.
  • Own resource planning across a team of designers onshore and offshore, forecasting future needs and monitoring utilisation to identify capacity risks.
  • Own design intake and work allocation, prioritising incoming requests with Design Team Leads and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure work is appropriately scheduled, tracked and communicated, escalating delivery risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Design, Marketing, Product and other business teams, supporting project planning, milestone tracking and delivery readiness.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting, presenting insights and recommendations to Design and Operations leadership.
  • Use data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Optimise design workflows, approvals and governance - evaluating and improving operational tooling, including work management platforms and introducing automation to reduce administrative overhead.
  • Measure and report on the impact of operational initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and operational integration of contractors and freelancers, monitoring external resource utilisation and associated budgets.

Your track record:

  • 8+ years' experience in creative studio or agency production environments.
  • Strong communication, time management and workflow coordination skills.
  • A calm, collaborative and confident presence, even under pressure.
  • Demonstrated experience in Design Operations, Creative Operations, Studio Management or similar operational leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting large creative or design teams within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Strong resource planning and capacity management experience.
  • Proven ability to improve workflows, processes and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using operational metrics to inform decisions.
