Your role with us
You’ll be the expert and the leader - driving exceptional, personalised experiences for VIP players while guiding your team to do the same. From building strong relationships to using data and insight to spot opportunities, you’ll balance strategy and action to consistently raise the bar.

Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

  • Proactively engage VIP players to build loyalty and deliver a premium, high-touch experience
  • Provide tailored, industry-leading customer service and manage perks (bonuses, cashbacks, sponsorships)
  • Build strong, lasting player relationships and navigate complex situations with a solutions-first mindset
  • Communicate across multiple channels (chat, email, Telegram), optimising tools and sharing improvements
  • Consistently exceed KPIs through exceptional service and engagement
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to educate players and enhance their experience
  • Apply market, cultural, and language insights to deliver localised, personalised interactions
  • Monitor player behaviour, trends and performance data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve the player experience
  • Own and deliver end-to-end initiatives, tracking effectiveness and sharing outcomes
  • Guide and support team-led improvements, encouraging data-driven ideas
  • Set goals, run regular 1:1s and support the development of direct reports
  • Contribute to performance reviews, progression planning and escalation of people matters

What you will bring:

  • 1+ years’ experience in VIP relations, luxury account management or premium customer service or 2+ years in a customer service environment
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Proven track record of exceeding KPIs
  • Strong language proficiency and local market knowledge (for market-specific roles)
  • Experience reviewing processes and driving improvements that deliver real impact and efficiency

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports, Gambling and Cryptocurrency knowledge 
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
