Your role with us:
As our CRM Specialist, you’ll craft and deliver campaigns that engage, retain and excite players across their journey. From email and SMS to strategic offers, you’ll optimise every touchpoint, reduce churn and maximise lifetime value - all while partnering with marketing and content teams to turn insights into action.
Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:
- Assist in developing the company CRM strategy for Stake’s markets
- Execute communications and content with excellence to enhance the user experience across all stages of the player lifecycle
- Contribute to the CRM flywheel strategy by identifying the most effective formats and channels for optimal campaign delivery
- Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategies
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote
- Research and source relevant content to communicate with the player base
- Monitor and analyze results of email, SMS and webpage pop-up campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reporting
- Stay informed on CRM best practices, trends and tools
- Recommend and develop optimal campaign plans, formats and platforms to grow profitability, including creating action plans and strategies
- Take ownership of the user journey, implementing strategies for all customer communication
- Report high-level KPIs and results attributed to the work of the CRM team
What you will bring:
- Strong retention marketing knowledge
- Passionate team player, able to collaborate across departments
- Eye for detail, enhancing customer experience through clear, impactful communication.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with creative teams, including digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong prioritisation skills and awareness of broader project impacts
- Able to manage complexity and progress multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Proficient in Excel and other spreadsheet tools
- Hands-on experience with EDM and other CRM marketing tools
Bonus points if you also have:
- Sports, Cryptocurrency and Gambling knowledge
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
