In Operations, we ensure everything runs with excellence, security, and according to the right processes. We focus on efficiency and quality, making sure every step of our solution happens smoothly, accurately, and reliably. As an EBANX Technical Account Manager Specialist your responsibilities will include:
Your day-to-day impact:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultant for key merchants, driving long-term growth and high-level technical alignment;
- Systemic Resolution: Lead cross-functional task forces to solve structural issues and prevent recurring obstacles;
- Executive Insights: Present strategic performance narratives to C-level stakeholders, moving beyond basic issue resolution;
- Product Stewardship: Influence the global product roadmap by translating complex merchant needs into scalable features;
- Performance Orchestration: Design and oversee KPI frameworks (Approval, Chargeback) to optimize the entire payment ecosystem;
- Operational Leadership: Drive integration between Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a unified global service strategy.
Must-haves to shine in this role:
- Advanced Analytical Leadership: Outstanding data-driven mindset focused on architecting solutions, not just identifying problems;
- Complex Ownership: High accountability for managing multifaceted crises and cross-departmental dependencies;
- Strategic Agility: Proven experience driving results in fast-paced, high-growth, and data-intensive environments;
- Executive Presence: Mastery in conducting high-level meetings and influencing senior stakeholders;
- Storytelling & Tooling: Advanced-level Excel and PowerPoint skills to build persuasive, data-backed narratives;
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent/Advanced English for seamless global interaction and negotiation;
- Technical Translation: Ability to bridge the gap between complex API/technical infrastructure and business value.

- Technical Autonomy: Proficiency in SQL and BI tools to drive independent deep-dive analysis;
- Payment Ecosystem Mastery: Solid background in the global payments market and fintech trends;
- Architectural Vision: Deep understanding of payment processing flows and complex technical integrations.
