In Operations, we ensure everything runs with excellence, security, and according to the right processes. We focus on efficiency and quality, making sure every step of our solution happens smoothly, accurately, and reliably.

Your day-to-day impact:

• Act as the main technical point of contact for all implementation-related activities throughout the client integration lifecycle.
• Facilitate account setup, provide hands-on technical support, and guide Merchants through testing and pre-launch activities.
• Manage the merchant's journey through integration until the solution is fully adopted and successfully ramped up.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Merchant-reported technical integration problems and system configuration issues.
• Handle post-live communication and follow-ups with merchants, ensuring operational stability.

Must-haves to shine in this role:

• Relevant experience in system integrations and a deep, practical understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks) and data exchange formats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate highly technical terms into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to quickly assess, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex integration issues in a live environment.
• Effective time and project management skills to work independently and manage multiple parallel customer implementations.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to successfully interact and dynamically adapt to communication styles across all audience levels (technical staff, managers, and executives).
• Familiarity with database technologies and querying languages (e.g., SQL).

Bonus points if you have:

• Prior experience in the Payments or Fintech industry).
• Experience with software development or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to aid in prototyping or troubleshooting.
• Strong presentation skills for internal and external business units.
• Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools.
• Fluency in Spanish.
