Workplace & People Assistant
EBANX is one of the most successful fintechs to emerge from Latin America — and today, we are building a truly global payments company. Our mission has remained constant from day one: to unlock access and enable companies and consumers to participate in the digital economy, no matter where they are.
What started as a bold vision has grown into a platform that connects some of the world’s largest digital businesses with customers across 21 of the fastest-growing markets. We operate where complexity exists — turning local challenges into global opportunities, and building the infrastructure that allows payments to move further, faster, and smarter.
We are a team of builders and problem-solvers. We think globally, act with curiosity, and believe diversity of thought is a competitive advantage.
As EBANX enters its next phase of hyper growth, we are looking for people who want to shape the future of payments, expand what’s possible, and help connect businesses and consumers across borders.
Let’s build what’s next — together.
As a Workplace Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and seamless experience for everyone working from or visiting our office. You will be the main connection between EBANX and our coworking provider, making sure things run smoothly while providing hands-on support to our local ebankers and collaborating closely with our global Workplace and People teams.
We are looking for someone who is agile, proactive, resourceful, and ready to make things happen. Someone who enjoys being close to people, quickly responding to day-to-day needs, and finding practical solutions to keep the office running at its best.
This is an on-site position and requires working from the office on a daily basis.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Be present and available in the office, providing hands-on support to ebankers and helping ensure they have a smooth and positive workplace experience;
- Act as the main point of contact between EBANX and our coworking provider, quickly addressing operational needs and helping keep the office running smoothly;
- Be a go-to person for office-related questions and requests, solving day-to-day needs whenever possible and connecting ebankers with the right teams when necessary;
- Support the local People team with administrative, operational, and employee-related demands, helping the team respond efficiently to everyday needs;
- Coordinate office supplies, pantry items, deliveries, operational requests, and interactions with vendors;
- Support Workplace purchasing and financial routines, including creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP, following approval processes, managing invoices, and organizing related documentation;
- Assist with the administrative management of Workplace contracts, payments, and vendor documentation;
- Work closely with our global Workplace team in Brazil, providing local support and helping translate global initiatives into a great local workplace experience;
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement activities, office initiatives, and other moments that bring our culture to life;
- Anticipate office needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and take initiative to solve operational challenges;
- Jump in and support different Workplace and People initiatives whenever needed, bringing flexibility, collaboration, and a hands-on attitude to the team.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities while keeping attention to detail;
- A strong service-oriented mindset and genuine interest in supporting people and creating a great workplace experience;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with ebankers, vendors, and different teams;
