What your day-to-day will look like

 

• • Full-Cycle Payroll & Tax Closing: Execute the end-to-end payroll processing, calculate payroll taxes/charges (FGTS, INSS, IRRF, eSocial, DCTFWeb), and conduct the monthly accounting closing and reconciliation with Finance.

  • Core Payroll Operations: Execute key operational routines, including admissions, vacation management, medical/paternity/maternity leaves (afastamentos), and terminations (rescisões).

  • System & Data Integrity: Verify and process employee data changes, structural updates, and payroll calculations, safeguarding high data integrity across corporate HR platforms.

  • Process Improvement & Policies: Identify bottlenecks, map workflows, update internal policies, and support initiatives for process optimization within the payroll area.

 

What you need to shine in this role

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields (completed or currently in progress).
• Strong proactive mindset, communication skills, and interpersonal relationship abilities.
